Monorail Sound is Evan and Ned — two working Cincinnati musicians. On weekends we're playing ceremonies, DJing receptions, and mixing rooms full of dancing people. During the week we're in the Madeira studio, tracking and mixing records for local artists. The two halves feed each other: the studio keeps our ears sharp, and the stage keeps the studio honest.
Evan
Owner, DJ, and ceremony guitarist. Evan has learned couples' first-dance songs on guitar, timed processionals to the second, and run production for events across Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton, and Columbus.
Ned
In-house audio engineer and DJ. Fifteen years mixing, mastering, and producing across pop, hip-hop, indie, and country. Ned runs every studio session at Monorail.
